Novaro Taggiasca Olive Pâté 500 g
Obtained from our special Taggiasca olives, a tasty and natural pâté.
Excellent for the preparation of appetizing canapés and bruschetta and for flavouring meats and sauces or as is on pasta. It is also excellent when added to focaccia dough, on pizza and – during cooking – to give an extra touch of flavour to baked chicken or rabbit in a casserole.
Taggiasca olive pâté is obtained by pitting Taggiasca olives in brine and finely chopping the paste with the addition of good extra virgin olive oil.

Uses
The Calvi Olive Paté of Taggiasca Quality has numerous uses in cooking: ideal for appetizers and aperitifs, an irresistible seasoning of pasta dishes and delicious as an accompaniment to meats and cheeses, or it can be used as a cream to spread on canapés or bruschetta.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4°C).
