The Novaro Leccino Olives are an excellent olive variety, second only to Taggiasca.

They are Italian olives of a cultivar well-known for use on the table (and also for oil production, in fact) perfect for use in cooking and for the preparation of salads and cold dishes.

Like the Taggiasca, they are a similar size (relatively small compared to other olives) and brown in colour. They are a little less soft, however, and not so flavoursome. Plus they have a less defined bitter aftertaste.

We offer pitted Leccino olives in extra virgin olive oil plus high oleic sunflower seed oil, exclusively in buckets for professional use.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C).
