Novaro Italian Sundried Tomatoes in Sunflower Oil 980 g are delicious Italian tomatoes, dried in the open air and packaged in jars with sunflower oil.
It is a product suitable above all for professional use in the kitchen.

Sunflower oil has the great advantage of not solidifying in the fridge, which means that the product can be used immediately when needed.
To get the most out of these sundried tomatoes, however, we recommend draining the oil before serving and adding a drizzle of our extra virgin olive oil.

Uses
Ready to use, these succulent Novaro Sundried Tomatoes in sunflower oil make a great starter, served, for example, on a slice of homemade bread or bruschetta, or else, added to a sauce, to add flavour to pasta or as an ingredient in a risotto.

They are also delicious in either green, pasta or rice salads. Try chopping them and using them along with capers to add a special touch to the traditional Caprese (tomato mozzarella) salad. Sundried tomatoes have an intense flavour so be careful not to add too many.

Perfect for giving a burst of flavour to your sandwich fillings, for example, feta cheese, Novaro olives and sundried tomatoes in wholemeal bread makes as a delicious snack or lunch.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C). Consume within 5 days.
